By accessing and using BackPocket System products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. All digital products are provided under a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
Products are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. BackPocket System and Big Boss Group Pty Ltd make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, time savings, or business results.
You retain full ownership of any data processed through sovereign tools deployed on your own hardware. BackPocket System does not access, store, or transmit your business data.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Privacy Policy
BackPocket System collects minimal personal information: email address and name when you create an account or complete a diagnostic assessment. Payment processing is handled securely by LemonSqueezy.
We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide our services.

Refund Policy
Our Commitment: If you enrol in the Builder Program, complete the first 3 modules, submit your progress milestones, and genuinely cannot get your sovereign system running, we will work with you one-on-one until you do.
This is a partnership, not a passive purchase. We ask that you show up, do the work, and submit your module checkpoints. Refund requests without demonstrated effort and milestone submissions will not be eligible.
For standalone digital products (Daily Focus Planner, Focus Flow System, Getcachely), refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
